WHEN AT CROSSROADS: AUGUST YOUR LIFE IN CHRIST JESUS’ STEAD! 

“Being CONFIDENT of this very thing, that he which hath BEGUN A GOOD WORK in you will PERFORM it until the DAY of Jesus Christ” Philippians 1:6. 

Are you at a crossroads, trying to discern which life path to follow in order to August your life and well-being? 
I know of someone who owns life and has defined it, because He has experienced it and has elevated countless lives — including mine. 
His name is Jesus Christ — Saviour and Lord of all. 
Just call on Him right now, today, and you will never be the same again. 
The reason is that He is the same yesterday, today, and for ever — for your well-being. 

 “Jesus Christ the SAME yesterday, and to day, and for ever” Hebrews 13:8.  

Know this: your secret, innermost path will define you or expose you one day; and the beauty and shining light you desire for yourself today is already embedded, formed, and defined by the path you walked yesterday. 
 
You can start afresh even if you failed yesterday. Do not give up for any reason at all. 
For God is able, through Christ Jesus, to make it all well for you again in every matter of doing life and living godly.

SCRIPTURAL THOUGHTS WORTH PONDERING IN CONTEXT: 

“Faithful is He that CALLETH you, who also will DO it” 1 Thessalonians 5:24. 

“Let us hold fast the PROFESSION of our faith without wavering; for He is faithful that promised” Hebrews 10:23. 

“God is faithful, by whom ye were CALLED unto the FELLOWSHIP of his Son Jesus Christ our Lord” 1 Corinthians 1:9. 

“For I know the THOUGHTS that I THINK toward you, says the Lord, THOUGHTS of peace and not of evil, to give you a FUTURE and a HOPE” Jeremiah 29:11 NKJV. 

“And we know that ALL THINGS WORK TOGETHER for good to them that LOVE God, to them who are the CALLED according to HIS PURPOSE. 29 For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren. 30 Moreover whom he did predestinate, them he also called: and whom he called, them he also justified: and whom he justified, them he also glorified” Romans 8:28-30. 

“But THE PATH OF THE JUST is as the SHINING light, that SHINETH more and more unto the PERFECT day” Proverbs 4:18. 

“The VOICE of him that CRIETH IN THE WILDERNESS, Prepare ye the way of the Lord, make straight in the desert a highway for our God. 4 Every VALLEY shall be exalted, and every MOUNTAIN and hill shall be made low: and the CROOKED shall be made straight, and the ROUGH places plain: 5 and the GLORY of the Lord shall be revealed, and all flesh shall see it together: for the mouth of the Lord hath spoken it” Isaiah 40:3-5. 

“Therefore being JUSTIFIED BY FAITH, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ: 2 by whom also we have ACCESS BY FAITH into this GRACE WHEREIN WE STAND, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God” Romans 5:1-2.

   The secret, innermost choices you make today are already forming the beauty and light you will walk in tomorrow. If you failed yesterday, you can still start afresh. God can straighten crooked places, lift valleys, and make rough paths plain, as in Isaiah 40. The path of the righteous shines brighter and brighter. 
4. God’s Purpose and Peace for You 
   From Jeremiah 29:11 and Romans 8:28-30: God’s thoughts toward you are of peace, not evil — to give you a future and a hope. All things work together for good for those who love God and are called according to His purpose. You have been justified by faith and now stand in grace, with access and peace through Christ. 
5. A Call to Pause and Respond 
   The message ends with an invitation: stop striving, hold fast to your profession of faith without wavering, and rely on God’s faithfulness rather than your own strength. 

CORE TRUTH: 
 At every crossroads, choose Christ. He began the work, He is faithful to finish it, and He can make your life well again.
